Calorie intake
With this calculator you can determine your individual daily calorie intake. You need to enter your activity level. The activity is defined as follows:
- 1: Little to no exercise
- 2: Light exercise (1–3 days per week)
- 3: Moderate exercise (3–5 days per week)
- 4: Heavy exercise (6–7 days per week)
- 5: Very heavy exercise (twice per day, extra heavy workouts)
